Income for the formula is amount before or after tax has been deducted?
is it bad to buy a 95k car cash at age 25 and to plan to save 40% of gross every year after at 26 and on?
In college at 21, but was able to max out my Roth IRA this year for the first time thanks to an internship. Got a 13k net worth at the moment so I'm pretty happy with the progress.
So for example that 270 a month should be invested into 1 account like the Roth? Or split between the Roth IRA & 401k?
Really loved the episode. Only thing I have a hard time with is whether these numbers are for singles or married? Do we need to double these numbers if we are married?
As a 26 year old, I’m glad to see that I am firmly in the top 10%. Makes me wonder what net worth is required to be considered top 1%.
