"Extrapolations" looks cringe-worthy. And there already is something that can save the world. It was invented by US scientists working at Oakridge Lab in the 1950s and they were built in the 50s and 60s. They're called MSR-LFTRs (molten salt reactor-liquid fluoride thorium reactor). They can save the world, but there's no money in them, because they almost literally run on dirt.
