Spandana Palli was born on 6 September in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Her zodiac sign is Virgo. She was brought up by her parents in Chhattisgarh. She did her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Dongargarh. She graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Amity University in Noida. She joined the Chhattisgarh State Volleyball Association and played volleyball at the national level. She has learned Kathak at Khairagarh University in Chhattisgarh.

She participated in and won various beauty pageant titles including Miss Icon Chhattisgarh 2017 and Miss Getaway Goddess 2018. Spandana was in the top 12 at Femina Miss India 2018. She took home the title of fbb Colors Femina Miss India Chhattisgarh 2018.
