Watching "Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox" animated movie will help clarify what's happening. The live action movie is changing thing abit but the concepts are the same.

robbie is thinking it too hard he needs to separate timelines and universes 😂 this is in fact not a UNIVERSE itself barry just traveled to where his parent was alive. This is Barry going back on his OG timeline and REWRITING history and the present not a universe. it’s like marvel rob, there’s one “fixed” timeline where the stories will always take place, and there’s multiverses. when the avengers went back in time grabbed the stones and changed the future, the world they living in after bringing people back, it isn’t a different universe right? but a different timeline. If barry just traveled to a universe where his mom was alive and his dad was out of prison, NOTHING will ever be effected. So we know it’s time because this movie is supposed to effect the whole DCEU and reboot it

Keaton will be in multiple films even under Gunn and so will this Supergirl because they are under contract so if WB either has to keep using them, give them a massive one-time payout or cancel their contracts and pay them royalties for the rest of their lives.
WB has no choice but to use Keaton unless they use one of the three options I listed. I get the feeling you have no idea what the rules are for Hollywood contracts of this level. Will there be another Batman in the DCU with a new actor? Yes, but Keaton will also continue to appear. For example, we already know Gunn said the Flash ties directly into Aquaman 2 and we also already know that Keaton has been confirmed multiple times to be in Aquaman 2 which means he is already contracted for Aquaman 2. So, the only way for him not to show up again is for WB to use one of the three only legal options left to them which I listed above.

Im theorizing that when he goes back in time, it causes some ripple effect that causes Batman's whole trajectory of history to change, which is what the Tim Burton Batman movies are. So this "Flashpoint" universe could be or is similar to the Tim Burton Batman. And it seems they will do something similar to what happened to Superman in Flashpoint, except instead its Supergirl. Not entirely sure how theres another Barry in this timeline

Guys, there is a reason why they showed the three comics at the end. Flash can go back in time and go into the future. But for this, this is basically Flash Point. He went back in time and created his own time line where his mother is alive and he was able to be with her. Now in the comics, Bruce Wayne was killed and his dad became Batman, Superman was captured and held in a cell where he is weak and not in the sun. My man with the dreads, I mean no disrespect, forgot your name. But you were on point about Supe.
This version, they changed things due to them not having a Superman, which honestly it's dope we're getting Kara instead. Also there is a potential for three Batmans in this movie, or mainly just two. I'm very happy to see my FAVORITE Batman, who is Michael Keaton. Anyways, this isn't a multiverse, my man on the end kept sayin multiverse. It's not, Flash has fucked up the timelines on multiple occasions, which is why the Justice League was always on him because they knew he could do that. Still Flash is DC's reset button and this will launch the new DC that James Gunn is starting.
