I watched this movie a few weeks ago and I really liked it. Great story and I was very intrigued on Mengele's life after the war.

HE DIED OF A STROKE IN FEBRUARY 1979 AFTER SWIMMING AT BERTIOGA BEACH BRAZIL, 1 HOUR FROM SAO PAOLO, THE CAPITAL. NO BIG LOSS THERE. ACCORDING TO HIS SON ROLF MENGELE(HE RECENTLY CHANGED HIS NAME), IF THE MOSSAD REALLY WANTED TO CATCH HIM IN BRAZIL, THEY COULD OF IF PROPER RESOURCES HAD BEEN GIVEN TO THE HUNT FOR HIM. The movie starts out with Mengele as a caring and kind family doctor. There are undertones of pedophilia mixed in, as Lilith finds him interesting and mysterious.Mengele can hardly take his eyes off of Lilith. Her father Enzo is suspicious of him from the start. Little by little, the dark twisted soul of Mengele begins to emerge. The character of the librarian is based upon the real life Mossad agent Nora Eldoc, a concentration camp survivor, who was outed and murdered by German war criminal supporters in Argentina, after Mengele was forced to flee. Great movie and I give it 4 and a half stars.

As much as I wanted Mengele the bastard to pay for everything he did just knowing the fact that he never had a moment's peace towards the end of his life and that he's burning in hell is gratifying enough

does anyone know the movie of a german doctor who does something to pregnant women that causes them to have a miscarriage and at the end of the movie one of the surviving children grows up and finds the doctor in a retirement home and kills him.

Buena, y por momentos, aterradora película. La recomiendo.
Most Mengele actors do a great job! Some of them are pretty on point. But (and this isn't even the thing I should be noticing most in the movie) where's the tooth gap? I swear EVERY movie that features Mengele either forgets or flat out neglects this. I may just be a stickler for portrayal (appearance in particular) though.

He died apparently of heart attack while he was swimming in a Brazilian beach. I have read he is buried in Brazil but nobody knows where because they wanted to avoid pilgrimage of new nazi. If that is true so he couldn't be punished in this life. Now he is getting what he deserves in hell.
